Welcome to X-Men: Mutant Exodus. Our storyline picks up where another had left off before it. It has been three months since the nightmarish events at the Nitro nightclub, where the faculty and students of the Xavier Institute once again felt the tragic sting of loss and defeat. Then the day came under the cover of night when Lorna Dane and members of the Brotherhood invaded the island of Genosha and destroyed the bulk of the O.N.E.'s foundation with the help of Exodus. Now, an unsettling stillness has been veiled over the world it seems, as the future is left in the actions of only a few. Exodus has Genosha at his fingertips, practically. Manuel de la Rocha begins his own vision of a new Brotherhood. And those at the Xavier Institute regroup after the return of their captured students. Soon, more than just the X-Men will have decisions to make. The time has come for the entire mutant population to choose their fate. The storm named chaos has come. And so, the separation begins.
